One free reschedule of the entire package is allowed for each booking before 72 hours of the journey.
If the cancellation is initiated within 72 hours of the journey, then no amount will be refunded back.
In the case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the account that was used to make the booking within 7 – 15 business working days.
