1 -Choose food that has minimal amounts of unhealthy fats. To be healthy avoid fat include both trans fats and saturated fats. Such fats will always raise your low-density lipoproteins (LDL) cholesterol. Here is some food which has trans fat like Baked goods, fried foods, frozen pizza, and other highly processed foods. Such foods which are highly saturated fat like Cheese, red meat, pizza etc. Saturated food also found in coconut oil but it also increases cholesterol too.
2-Always take healthy fats in moderation-Omega-3, mono-unsaturated and Polyunsaturated fats are all good for health. These items reduce your LDL cholesterol and increase HDL cholesterol which highly effective reduce heart attack. Always prefer to take olive, peanut, sunflower and corn oil in your daily diet plan. In fishes are highly rich in Omega -3 prefer also fish in your diet for being Healthy.
3-Choose food that is high in refined carbohydrate and low in both sugar – Avoid to take sweet, soft drinks, sugary fruit like juice and white bread in your in the intake. Try to take whole fruits, freshly –squeezed juice and whole grains bread in place of other food this is also one way in Diet for being healthy.
4-Make such diet plan which contains the whole part – whole food allows us to balance healthy carbohydrate, proteins, fat and other nutrients. Eat fruits and vegetables every day because these have rich content of vitamin and minerals. But keep the focus on fresh vegetable and fruit.
Lean meat, beans are known for their protein content. Also, take low –fat daily product for market.
5 -Always shop at a near natural food store or buy food from your local or surrounded farmer's market. Nowadays Organic foods are not more nutritious for health, because they contain much of the pesticide in itself, Here is Diet for being healthy.
