VAM Systems is currently looking for IT Service Desk Specialist for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

Brief Description of expected tasks:

• Receive Calls
• Respond to Emails
• Process eService Request
• Process incident tickets on IT Service Management system
• Attempt First Call Resolution
• Install Software remotely

Specifics of Skill Requirement (Versions)

• Windows 7, 10
• MS Office 2010/2016
• ITIL V2, V3
• Awareness of MS-365
• Customer Care skills
• Communication skills in English.
• (Communication skills in Arabic is an added advantage)

Additional Remarks:

• Analytical skills; Positive and optimistic; Collaborative team spirit; care for quality over quantity
• Basic skills on configuration, installation and troubleshooting of computer software and hardware;
• Basic Knowledge about Network infrastructure;
• Basic Knowledge about AD and Servers
• Basic knowledge of ITIL

Relevant Experience - minimum 1 year

Terms and conditions:

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)

The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems – Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the leading Organizations in Bahrain.
