The basic expectations in this role are feeling comfortable with one on one interaction and customer service. Representatives are responsible for booking appointments with the families requesting the benefits, giving presentations and filling out an application. Managers must be able to efficiently train and be responsible for teams of 2-10 representatives.  We are seeking to train managers to conduct interviews, inspect applications, run meetings and workshops.
