Sometimes users report that they cannot connect to Internet to complete their printing tasks as they receive error message that their printer is offline. The first thing you should do is delete the pending jobs. You can now try to print, and if you can print your problem is resolved. However, if the problem persists you’ll have to remove your printer from the control panel of your computer. After this, add it once again. Now, try to take a test print. If this does not resolve your problem you have to check your Epson printer and see wifi icon is displayed. If the wifi icon is not displayed then you have to reinstall the product software. For more help and guidance talk to Epson customer support, immediately.
