We are dynamic and fast paced Indian based IT Development Company and we are looking for an awesome Business Development Manager, who’s great at field sales using social media platforms (FB, Twitter, and LinkedIn etc), email, and phone and at events and trade shows. Naturally you need both great emotional empathy skills and the ability to close.
As the business development manager, you will be managing the client acquisition process from start to finish. Your only responsibilities are to refer strong clients to Logic Heart where you will initiate and negotiate contracts with the client and initial account set up. There is no requirement for you to be involved in the day to day running of the account. It is quite a consultative sell and will allow you to have a much larger marketing strategy conversation, this will allow you to develop strong relationships with clients you bring on board and continue to build on existing accounts as a trusted advisor. Your main target will be acquiring new clients so a background in client acquisition or having acquired client before will be an advantage. The company is a part of a larger group and therefore you will be able to sell across a number of different products and services - the consultative sell is heavily relied upon at this point and building a relationship will only help you in the process.

At present it is purely based on business you bring in. You will get 7% of total cost of the contract. Meaning it is completely commission based position.
