Pantothenic acid is vitamin B family, and often referred to as vitamin B 5. Its bioactive form, coenzyme, has an important role in many processes in the body, such as the metabolism of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates to energy production and synthesis of red blood cells and a key neurotransmitter, acetylcholine. Pantothenic acid is very high and many of the foods we eat, and is found in all living things. Contains most of the grains, vegetables and **** contain pantothenic acid, as well as liver, yeast, salmon, eggs and dairy products.
